Job summary

Talentify Media Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee overall business operations, people management and organizational performance. You will work with senior management to implement strategies, lead multiple departments, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business/related field with 3–5 years in a leadership role, strong operational and analytical skills, and excellent communication and decision-making

• Strong operational, people and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in developing and executing business strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and develop department heads and staff to meet objectives.
• Set expectations, monitor performance and drive accountability.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, policies and internal controls.
• Identify gaps and implement efficiency-improving solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive growth, profitability and targets.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and management presentations.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and development.
