Job summary

HAVE FUN KL SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a strategic General Manager of Marketing to lead a 5–7 person team across brand and retail experiences.

You will design annual strategies, translate them into executable goals, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Procurement. You will build systems, dashboards, and processes to measure ROI, brand visibility, and customer traffic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related majors.
• 3+ years marketing experience in entertainment or F&B physical retail sectors.
• At least 2 years direct team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Review existing marketing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and establish standardized procedures and collaboration mechanisms.
• Build project management frameworks and cross-department coordination to surface issues and resolve them via structured rules.
• Introduce or optimize marketing tools/dashboards for goal visibility and real-time data feedback.
• Monitor progress through milestone reviews and data dashboards, ensuring risks are visible and resources are well allocated.
• Be accountable for ROI, brand visibility, and customer traffic, reporting progress to the General Manager.
