The role requires a strong track record in leading complex industrial or infrastructure projects, building high-performing teams, and delivering value across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mining, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. MBA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5–8 years in a senior executive role within the mining, construction, projects, infrastructure, or heavy industrial sector.
• Demonstrated success in leading mid-sized scale business transformation, operational turnaround, or company expansion.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven achievement in revenue growth, profitability improvement, and capital project delivery.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across operations, engineering, finance, commercial, and corporate functions.
