Job summary

Garrison Medic Sdn Bhd is seeking an organised Operations Executive to join the team in Malaysia. You will oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on inventory management, order processing, hospital coordination, logistics and sales support.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, processing documents, arranging implant sets for surgeries, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate stock records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Attention to detail when handling product and inventory data.
• Willing to work beyond normal office hours occasionally.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, operating theatres, sales reps and suppliers.
• Prepare and arrange orthopaedic implant sets and instruments for surgical cases.
• Ensure correct products and quantities are prepared and delivered on time.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, collections and returns of medical devices and instrument sets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers and the purchasing team.
• Track consignment stock and hospital inventory.
• Assist the sales team with product availability, quotations and case preparation.

About the role
