Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a field-based clinical support professional to provide clinical and technical support for medical devices and healthcare solutions within hospitals. You will conduct daily hospital visits across Klang Valley to ensure optimal product utilization and build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and key healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel extensively within Klang Valley and across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
• Hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for medical devices and healthcare solutions within hospitals.
• Conduct daily hospital visits across Klang Valley to support healthcare professionals and ensure effective product utilization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Support product demonstrations, clinical procedures, training sessions, and technical discussions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing product knowledge and clinical guidance to customers.
• Travel across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, when required to support business activities and customer needs.
• Participate in standby support on approximately one Saturday per month (OT allowance provided).

Contract: 12 months via PERSOL(renewable or potential conversion to permanent, subject to business requirements)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM3,000 to RM4,500 (based on experience & skills)

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in: Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences OR Related Healthcare Disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Willing to travel extensively within Klang Valley and across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
