Job summary

Transmedic, a company of EBOS Med Tech, seeks an Operations Manager/Assistant Manager based in PJ Warehouse to lead and optimize our warehouse and logistics operations. You will supervise the operations team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines while coordinating with the sales team to meet demand.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control essential.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee overall operation, warehouse, and logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, supervise, coach and train the operations team to meet competency requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, healthy stock levels and consignment management.
• Coordinate with sales to meet assets and inventory needs.
• Optimize resources (manpower, consumables, equipment, space) to meet demand.
• Solve problems and drive overall performance improvements for the operation team.
• Monitor inventory levels and costs in collaboration with sales management.
• Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met.
• Foster a culture of professionalism among staff.
• Periodically review SOPs and update as needed.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Operations Manager/ Assistant Manager (Based in PJ Warehouse)

Job Responsibilities

Plan and oversee the overall operation, warehouse, logistic and ensuring the daily operations are carried out smoothly, efficiently and in compliance to the company's Standard Operating Procedures & guidelines from the regulatory bodies.

Lead, supervise, coach and train the operation team personnel ensuring all are able to meet the competency requirement when carrying out their responsibilities.

Inventory control, including inventory accuracy, healthy inventory level and permanent consignment.

To meet the sales team's request (assets & inventory).

Optimize the utilization of available resources such as manpower, medical consumables & equipment, facilities and storage area to meet market demand.

Problem solving and work towards elevating the overall performance of the whole operation team function

Discussing & monitoring with sales manager for inventory level & costing to meet the market demand

Ensure workplace's health and safety requirements are met.

Cultivate a culture of professionalism among team members.

Periodical review the SOP.

To perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).

At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity is required for this position.

Knowledge in warehouse operations and inventory control is essential.

Excellent leadership, organization, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
