Job summary

MyToday is seeking a dedicated candidate to support daily store operations in a fast-paced F&B environment in Malaysia. You will ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met while engaging with customers and colleagues.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires good communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude. Local Malaysian applicants only are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in operational standards across all departments.
• Take initiative to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.
