Job summary

RAIL ENGINE SDN. BHD is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to assist in coordinating daily operations across multiple outlets in Malaysia. You will monitor SOPs, service standards, and food safety, conduct outlet visits, and help identify and implement improvements.

The role includes preparing training materials, conducting staff training, maintaining records, and supporting audits. You will collaborate with HR, Purchasing, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
