Job summary

YAN YUN JIAN SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of two restaurant outlets in Kuala Lumpur.

You will work closely with restaurant managers to ensure service quality, food quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staffing, inventory, costs, SOP compliance and driving improvements across outlets. Travel between outlets is required; hands-on, proactive individuals with strong interpersonal skills are

Qualifications

• F&B operations experience highly preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations/outlet management/F&B management is advantageous.
• Education qualifications not the main consideration; practical experience valued.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, hardworking with ownership mindset.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of both restaurants.
• Work with restaurant managers to ensure service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Monitor SOPs, policies and operational standards across outlets.
• Assist in managing manpower, staff scheduling and performance.
• Monitor inventory, stock usage, wastage and operational costs.
• Identify issues and implement practical solutions with restaurant teams.
• Track restaurant performance, sales and operational targets.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide feedback and operational reports to management.
• Support opening, development and improvement of outlets.
