Job summary

CL Bakery is seeking an experienced restaurant/café manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee service standards, sales initiatives, and inventory controls to maintain a high level of hospitality.

Applicants should have 4–6 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and a proven track record of growing sales while delivering excellent service. This role is on-site and requires a hands-on approach to people development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or Business Management.
• 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or café management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
• Track record of achieving sales growth and delivering excellent service.
• Proficient in POS, basic reporting, and inventory systems.
