Responsibility
- Assist Management in day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Proactively follow up on pending tasks and resolve operational issues
- Support daily business operations including order processing and logistics coordination
- Assist in improving workflows and operational efficiency
- Monitor and report operational issues or bottlenecks
- Identify and elevate operational bottlenecks or risks when necessary
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Support sales and business development activities where required
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding operational requirements
- Compile and analyze data for management reporting
- Track project progress, operational performance, and key metrics
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information
- Gain exposure across multiple departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.)
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by Management
- Continuously learn and adapt to different business functions
