Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operations professional to manage inbound receiving documentation and coordinate related activities. The role supports daily warehouse operations in collaboration with the Operations Officer to ensure a smooth workflow and continuity.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Logistics or related field and 1–2 years of warehouse experience, with familiarity in ERP/WMS systems and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics operations experience preferred.
• Familiar with inbound receiving and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; knowledge of Microsoft AX and OTRS is an added advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to support daily warehouse operations and work as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsible for several key operational functions that are essential to the efficiency and continuity of our warehouse operations, including:

• Managing and maintaining inbound receiving documentation.
• Performing Temporary Receiving transactions in the OTRS system based on CSO requests.
• Coordinating and following up on inbound receiving activities to ensure timely processing.
• Conducting cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Supporting daily warehouse operations in collaboration with the Operations Officer (Dennis) to ensure smooth workflow and operational continuity.

KEY REQUIREMETNS

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations is preferred.
