Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented logistics candidate in Malaysia to support daily inventory and shipments. Open to fresh graduates with relevant degree backgrounds who can communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.

Experience in logistics, inventory management or warehouse operations is a plus, and strong teamwork and coordination skills are essential for collaborating with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Prior experience in logistics, inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily inventory management and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation and timely delivery.
• Assist the operations team with daily activities to maintain workflow efficiency and operational excellence.
• Prepare, organize and monitor shipment arrangements according to company procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
• Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
