Job summary

• Support daily operational activities, deployments, and service delivery.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for projects and installations.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely execution.
• Track operational tasks, work orders, and service requests.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents (delivery orders, service reports, installation records).
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of assets, inventory, and contracts.
• Update and maintain data in ERP/CRM or operational systems.
• Support after-sales activities including issue tracking and resolution follow-ups.
• Assist in monitoring SLA compliance and service performance.
• Escalate operational issues to the relevant teams when required.
