About the role

We're looking for a Retail Operations Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role supporting the day‑to‑day running of our recovery studio, delivering an excellent customer experience, and helping keep operations running smoothly on the ground.

Key responsibilities

Supporting and coordinating the day‑to‑day operations of the outlet

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards

Delivering an excellent customer experience

Ensuring compliance with Company operating procedures and standards

Supporting bookings, sales and revenue targets

Maintaining equipment and facilities in proper working condition

Performing administrative and reporting duties as required

Assisting with customer product installations

Providing operational cover and support at other Company outlets as reasonably required

About you

Prior experience in operations, retail, hospitality or customer service is an advantage

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Comfortable working a rostered schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Basic administrative and reporting skills

Willingness to assist with light physical tasks, such as product installations and equipment upkeep

An interest in health, wellness, fitness or recovery is an advantage

Based in or able to commute to Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
