Job summary

Perfect Facelift Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will monitor performance, train the team, and ensure adherence to policies and service standards.

This full-time role supports business growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, sales and communication skills, with experience in stock

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years and above experience in retail/beauty/wellness management.
• Strong leadership and sales skills.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in stock control and cash handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth business activities and excellent customer service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall work progress.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Provide professional consultation to customers, recommend suitable treatments/services, and explain product benefits clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform sales closing by promoting treatments, products, and packages to meet outlet sales goals.
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist Management in achieving business growth and operational excellence.
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
