Qualifications

• Experience in operations, retail, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate day‑to‑day outlet operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and standards.
• Support bookings, sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in proper working condition.
• Perform administrative and reporting duties.
• Assist with customer product installations.
• Provide operational cover at other outlets as needed.
