Job summary

Perfect Facelift Sdn Bhd, a beauty and wellness outlet, is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver excellent customer service in its Kuala Lumpur location.

You will lead staff, drive sales, monitor attendance, conduct training, provide professional consultations, handle inquiries, and ensure adherence to policies while supporting management in achieving growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail/beauty/wellness management.
• Strong leadership and sales skills.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth business activities and excellent customer service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall work progress.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Provide professional consultation to customers, recommend suitable treatments/services, and explain product benefits clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform sales closing by promoting treatments, products, and packages to meet outlet sales goals.
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist Management in achieving business growth and operational excellence.
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
