Job summary

Perfect Facelift Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver excellent customer service at the outlet. You will direct staff, monitor attendance, and drive sales through coaching and training to maintain high performance standards.

You will provide professional consultations, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure adherence to company policies while supporting growth and operational excellence. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years and above experience in retail/beauty/wellness management.
• Strong leadership and sales skills.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in stock control and cash handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth business activities and excellent customer service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall work progress.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Provide professional consultation to customers, recommend suitable treatments/services, and explain product benefits clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform sales closing by promoting treatments, products, and packages to meet outlet sales goals.
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist Management in achieving business growth and operational excellence.
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
