Job summary

Perfect Facelift Sdn Bhd is seeking an outlet manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead staff to hit sales targets, monitor productivity, and train the team for higher efficiency, while providing consultative advice to clients on treatments and products.

The role requires strong leadership, weekend availability, and good communication. You will contribute to business growth and uphold service standards in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years and above experience in retail/beauty/wellness management
• Strong leadership and sales skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience in stock control and cash handling is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth business activities and excellent customer service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall work progress.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Provide professional consultation to customers, recommend suitable treatments/services, and explain product benefits clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform sales closing by promoting treatments, products, and packages to meet outlet sales goals.
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist Management in achieving business growth and operational excellence.
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
