Job summary

K-Line Logistics in Penang is seeking an experienced logistics supervisor to oversee import/export operations, costing and billing, ensuring timely, accurate shipments.

You will monitor the operations team, drive planning and execution, and handle customs matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

The role requires at least 3 years in the field and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must have full knowledge on operational import & export clearance including costing and billing.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able to handle Import/Export Operational matters and Customs related.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, motivate and organize the operation team in planning, strategizing & implementing tasks in operations.
• Handle and ensure accuracy & timeliness on all shipping & operational activities.
• Update the system on each job workflow, perform billing and submit job for closing when complete.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
