Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or Customer Service.
• 1–3 years in operations, customer service or related environment preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities across RideNow teams.
• Coordinate inspections, ownership transfers, and logistics with Sellers, Dealers and Inspectors.
• Prepare and maintain payment and transaction documentation; assist with reconciliation.
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email and WhatsApp; escalate when needed.
• Maintain records, trackers and performance reports for management.
