Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a detail‑mocused candidate for a Sales Operations/Business Operations role in Kuala Lumpur. You will provide daily sales ops support to internal and external stakeholders and help coordinate system enhancements and new product launches.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales operations, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and proven communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset for operational issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales operations and admin support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning and coordination for system enhancements, new product launches, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT preparation, and test case execution to ensure business requirements are met and delivered successfully.
• Support the planning, administration, execution, and tracking of sales campaigns and programs, including pre-campaign forecasting and post-campaign performance evaluation to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in ad hoc reporting, daily flash report, weekly sales performance report
