Job summary

DKSH Group in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Executive Business Operations to manage day-to-day client account operations within the Healthcare business unit. You will ensure operational efficiency, drive cross-functional alignment, and monitor performance against KPIs.

You will act as the primary contact for clients and agencies, coordinate with Inventory Planning and Marketing teams, and push for improvements, automation, and compliant processes across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in business operations or client management; fresh graduates encouraged to apply with strong interest.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with understanding of operational and financial metrics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and fulfillment of client requirements in line with service levels for assigned portfolios.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies on operational matters, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate co-packing activities and monitor POS material inventory with Product Management and client teams.
• Raise Purchase Orders accurately and on time in collaboration with Inventory Planning.
• Manage monthly branch Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to align operations with business goals.
• Coordinate material master updates, pricing, product hierarchy, and labeling documentation across functions.
• Track KPIs and SLAs; prepare reports for client meetings including S&OP reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and drive efficiency and automation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across operations.
• Assist in cross-functional projects and administrative coordination.
