Job summary

TT Info Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites applications for an Operations Assistant who will manage and process orders from various companies, verify invoices, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and generate routine reports.

The role requires a Diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, good English, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A hybrid work setup is available upon confirmation with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process orders from various companies, including entry, verification, follow-up, and processing.
• Verify and process invoices, including necessary follow-ups with relevant parties.
• Coordinate and resolve order-related issues with customers, suppliers, internal teams and other parties.
• Prepare and generate routine and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Ensure orders and related documentation are processed accurately and timely.
• Perform other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as needed.
