Job summary

BABA ECO GROUP BHD is seeking an organized Operations Assistant to support daily shop-floor and administrative workflow in Penang, Simpang Ampat. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training is provided for fresh graduates or entrants eager to learn production and warehouse operations.

The role covers paperwork, labeling, data entry, and basic production checks, with a full-day shift from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to read and interpret simple job sheets and shipping details.
• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with on-the-job training welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational paperwork, data entry, and filing to maintain documentation.
• Print and prepare routine labels, shipping labels, and product tags for outgoing orders.
• Process operation issuances to support production schedules.
• Perform basic production buy-off and routine checks per guidelines.
• Prepare basic operational and daily activity reports for supervisors.
• Assist in general shop-floor admin and operational support as assigned.
