Job summary

CB International Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Executive to manage, process and oversee daily orders and operations across inventory and logistics. You will liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely data reporting.

You will work in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts (10am–10pm, Mon–Sun) and focus on workflow optimization, data accuracy, and proactive problem-solving to support sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service & Operations Management
• Minimum 1 year in Operations Sales experience
• Data-driven decision making
• Knowledge in cryptocurrency concepts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing, processing and overseeing daily orders and operations
• Keep track of inventory and ensure sufficient inventories
• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth running of operations and workflow
• Provide support and problem-solve role to customers
• Perform monthly sales audits to ensure correct entries of data
• Send in daily sales and inventory reports
• Attend regular virtual meetings to sync and update on daily updates and recoveries
• Attend training or events to continuously improve and optimise workplace and business
