Job summary

DATAMORPH SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes optimizing workflows, enforcing policies, and guiding staff to meet targets while controlling costs.

You will develop and monitor procedures, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives, with a focus on efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operation management, office management or similar supervisory role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels
• Proficiency in office management software and MS Office Suite
• Leadership capabilities to motivate and manage a team
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue resolution
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, compliance requirements and workplace safety
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to monitor performance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure all departments function smoothly and efficiently
• Develop, implement and monitor operational policies, procedures and best practices
• Manage and coordinate office staff, providing support, guidance and performance feedback
• Optimise operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs without compromising quality
• Maintain and manage office facilities, equipment, inventory and supplies
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and financial reports
• Liaise with various departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals and standards
• Handle administrative matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain records and documentation relating to operational activities and performance metrics
• Support the management team in strategic planning and implementation of operational improvements
