Job summary

Soma Health & Wellness Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Marna Capital, is establishing a healthcare facility in Malaysia and seeks an Assistant Manager, Administration & Operations to support pre-opening setup and ongoing administrative tasks.

The role partners with the Centre Manager on renovation follow-up, procurement, vendor coordination and daily administrative duties, ensuring efficient operations as the Centre moves toward opening and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing or a related field.
• At least five years of healthcare administration, operations coordination, procurement or facilities support experience.
• Experience in a clinic, hospital, Wellness Centre or healthcare environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation and setup activities with contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain tracking of opening readiness and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare purchasing documents, quotations and supplier comparisons for review.
• Support daily non-clinical operations and liaise with Finance and HR on admin matters.
