Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager to oversee healthcare operations across multiple client medical sites. You will lead medical operations, coordinate remote-site staffing, and ensure quality service delivery, working with Operations and Medical teams, site medics and clients to keep day-to-day operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen willing to work in Miri, Sarawak.
• Healthcare background, preferably as a Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, Paramedic or Medical Officer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical or remote-site operations.
• Experience managing medical personnel, staff rotations, rosters or multiple sites.
• Previous supervisory, operations or management experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel to client or offshore sites when required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across assigned medical sites.
• Manage staff rosters, rotations and manpower deployment.
• Support onboarding and induction of medical personnel.
• Coordinate with Site Medics on operational and medical matters.
• Ensure timely submission of site reports and contractual deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and assess medical setups when required.
• Coordinate medical supplies, equipment and medication for client sites.
• Support manpower gaps and site coverage when required.
• Work closely with clients to manage expectations and service delivery.
• Escalate operational issues and risks to management when required.
