Job summary

Precious Hospital Sdn. Bhd. seeks an Operations Manager to lead hospital and cancer centre operations on the floor, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. You will actively support frontline teams, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic clinical environment.

You will manage cross-disciplinary teams, oversee regulatory compliance, budget execution, and service delivery, while staying hands-on and on the floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Operations or related field; MBA/MHA preferred.
• Master's degree (MBA/MHA) preferred.
• 8–10 years in healthcare operations with 4–5 years in a managerial role in Malaysia.
• Direct experience in cancer centre/oncology highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk floors daily to identify and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Oversee operations across wards, clinics, day care, radiation oncology, imaging, pharmacy, labs and support services.
• Ensure patient flow, bed occupancy and timely service delivery; intervene as needed.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and service standards on the ground.
• Lead planning for new services, facility works and equipment commissioning.
• Drive compliance with Act 586, MOH regulations and MSQH accreditation.
