Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Malaysia in Johor seeks a proactive Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team.

You will handle daily warehouse tasks, maintain stock records with accuracy, and support operations to meet deadlines. The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse operations, SPM qualification, and good computer literacy; analytical thinking is a plus. You will work closely with the team to optimize receiving, put-away and dispatch processes and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

Warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

Meet deadlines for all assigned tasks.
Follow up on outstanding issues.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and authorities.
Assist operations with daily administrative activities.
Prepare daily or weekly operational reports.
Liaise with internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
Analyze operation performance and suggest process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superiors.
