Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and purchasing support including inventory planning, quotations, and processing of sales/purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate on local deliveries and ensure proper filing of records.
• Perform counter sales duties to generate sales and profit for the company.
• Handle petty cash, accounts receivable/payable functions as needed.
• Monitor production scheduling for OEM projects to optimize inventory planning in Penang.
• Ensure completeness of billing documents and maintain tidy records and filing.
• Maintain a neat and safe office and warehouse area and perform general administration duties.
• Assist in adhoc duties as required.
