Job summary

You will help monitor accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices and journals, and assist with monthly closures and tax documentation. • Minimum qualification of SPM/O-Level, LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Detail-oriented with good numerical skills

Responsibilities

• Support in monitoring accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
• Assist in monthly account closing and financial reports
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Process staff claims
• Assist with SST, audit, and tax documentation
• Perform other duties assigned by management
