Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting/operations management or related field.
- ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
- Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or performance management.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects across units/locations.
- Experience in professional services or shared services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and drive performance across multiple business units.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation strategies.
