Job summary

Cheng & Co Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Operational Excellence professional to drive business transformation and performance across multiple units. You will lead cross-functional improvement projects and shape strategies leveraging Lean Six Sigma and related best practices.

• ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or performance management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects across units/locations.
• Experience in professional services or shared services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MBA or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Management Consulting or Performance Management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Experience managing performance across multiple business units, branches or locations is preferred.
• Experience in professional services, accounting, audit, tax, corporate secretarial, shared services or other service-based organisations will be an advantage.
