The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, cross-functional collaboration, and the design of long-term transformation plans to enhance efficiency and service quality across multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transformation roles within large organizations.
• Experience supporting business projects and improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage evolving environments and priorities.
• Solid understanding of business processes and operating best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Lean Six Sigma consultants on project management.
• Upskill resources on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Validate process maps and identify gaps.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across books of business.
• Drive innovation programs aligned to strategic objectives.
• Engage teams to generate executive insights through data analysis.
• Design long‑term transformation plans and present improvement proposals.
• Coordinate project plans with multiple stakeholders.
• Deliver changes through presentations, documentation, training, and engagement.
• Collaborate with change enabling teams to measure impact after implementation.
