Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an Operational Excellence Change Lead to drive cross-functional process improvements across the bank. You will analyse end-to-end processes, identify opportunities, and design solutions that improve customer experience and efficiency.

You will lead workshops, develop business cases, and partner with IT and delivery teams to realize tangible benefits. The role demands strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile approaches

Qualifications

Degree holder in any discipline.
Experience in process improvement and change management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify operational excellence opportunities and develop plans to achieve group-wide targets.
Lead cross-functional, end-to-end process improvement projects.
Partner with business and project stakeholders to shape solutions and secure buy-in.
Apply SIPOC, process mapping and journey mapping to problem solving and solution design.
Plan and facilitate workshops; define target operating models.
Develop business cases, monitor benefits and risks, and ensure adoption.
