Cigna Healthcare in Malaysia is seeking an Operating Effectiveness Manager to lead a team of Lean Six Sigma consultants, drive deep-dive assessments, and optimize workflows across operations in a fast-paced, global environment. You will engage senior leaders, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver data-driven improvement recommendations.

The role requires 10+ years in transformation, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Agile/DevOps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a transformation role at Cigna or a similar business.
• Experience supporting business projects, improvement initiatives, or acting as a subject matter expert.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in evolving environments, manage competing priorities, and follow work through to completion.
• Solid understanding of business processes, structures, and operational best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Lean Six Sigma consultants on day-to-day project management.
• Upskill resources on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Validate process maps, assess current workflows, and identify gaps or structural issues requiring improvement.
• Build stakeholder relationships with senior leaders across various books of business; drive innovation programs.
• Engage teams to generate executive insights through data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
• Design long-term transformation plans and present improvement proposals to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate project plans with multiple stakeholders to test, validate, and implement process changes.
• Deliver changes through presentations, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with change enabling teams to support delivery and measure impact after implementation.
