LENOG is seeking an Operational Excellence & Business Transformation (OEBT) Executive to analyse processes, drive improvements, and implement digital solutions. You will coordinate resources, support budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

Analyse operational processes, identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
Develop and implement systems, automation, and digital solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
Provide operational and technical support, tools, processes, and data to various departments.
Monitor system integrations, reports, data, and performance to support management decision-making.
Coordinate manpower, inventory, resources, maintenance activities, and external services to ensure smooth operations.
Support management in planning, coordinating, and overseeing operational and maintenance activities, including budgets and schedules.
Work with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure effective execution.
Conduct quality control, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO, safety, legal, and company standards.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, data analytics, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in the oil & gas or engineering industry.
Good understanding of OEBT operations, products, and industry requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Willing to learn, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities when required.
