Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch to meet SLAs.
Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Support monthly and annual stock takes.
Coordinate with transport, customer service, procurement and customers on schedules.
Prepare daily operational reports and monitor warehouse performance.
Drive continuous improvement to warehouse efficiency.
Supervise, coach and allocate warehouse manpower as needed.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, 5S, ISO standards and customer requirements.

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and order fulfillment.
Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to meet customer SLAs.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and WMS updates.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Support monthly and annual stock take activities.
Coordinate with transportation, customer service, procurement, and customers on shipment schedules.
Prepare daily operational reports and monitor warehouse performance and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Supervise, coach, and allocate warehouse manpower based on operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, 5S practices, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
