  • Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and packaging activities.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas according to food safety standards.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Follow production schedules and instructions from the Operation Supervisor or Head Chef.
  • Perform basic quality checks on finished products (e.g., labeling, sealing, expiry date).
  • Comply with food safety (e.g., HACCP) and health regulations during operations.
  • Support logistics tasks, such as arranging finished goods for dispatch or delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations or food handling is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
  • Willing to work in cold or hot environments (depending on kitchen zones).
