J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee end-to-end courier operations, ensuring timely receipt, sorting and dispatch.

You will plan routes, manage manpower, monitor performance, and coordinate with Customer Support and other teams to deliver seamless service while upholding safety and SOP compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inbound and outbound courier operations for timely parcel receipt, sorting and dispatch.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure proper parcel handling to maintain service quality and minimize damages.
• Oversee operational tools and technologies, including tracking systems and warehouse equipment.
• Ensure safety policy and SOP compliance for in-hub parcel collection.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks to couriers, sorters, and warehouse staff.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct training to improve efficiency.
• Ensure adequate manpower, manage shift rotations and absenteeism.
• Address and resolve employee issues promptly to maintain productivity.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure policy, procedure, and safety compliance.
• Implement strategies to reduce delays, errors, and customer complaints.
• Maintain records of operations, parcel statuses, and staff metrics.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with Integrated Management, Customer Support, and Operations teams for seamless operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor and manage inbound and outbound courier operations, ensuring timely receipt, sorting, and dispatch of parcels.

Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Ensure proper handling of parcels to maintain service quality and minimize damages or losses.

Oversee the use of operational tools and technologies, including tracking systems and warehouse equipment.

Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection.

Manpower Management:

Schedule and assign daily tasks to staff, including couriers, sorters, and warehouse personnel.

Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct training sessions to improve efficiency.

Ensure adequate manpower levels to meet operational demands, including managing shift rotations and handling absenteeism.

Address and resolve employee issues promptly to maintain a productive work environment.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Implement strategies to reduce delays, operational errors, and customer complaints.

Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including parcel statuses and staff performance metrics.

Reporting and Coordination:

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Operations Manager.

Coordinate with other departments such as Integrated Management, Customer Support, and Operation Team to ensure seamless operations.

Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
