Job summary

You will handle daily operational paperwork, data entry, labeling, and routine reports for supervisors.

Qualifications

• Handle daily operational paperwork, data entry, and filing systems.
• Print and prepare routine labels, shipping labels, and product tags for outgoing orders.
• Process and carry out operation job issuances to support production schedules.
• Perform basic production buy-off and routine checks according to operational guidelines.
• Prepare basic operational and daily activity reports for supervisors.
• Assist in general shop-floor admin and operational support as assigned.

• Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word). Ability to read simple job sheets and shipping details.
• Attributes: Good attention to detail, disciplined with paperwork, and organized.
