Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support daily store operations across our network. You will coordinate with retail outlets, monitor hours, and help ensure smooth stock movements and events.

Ideal candidates have SPM, basic Excel, and strong communication skills, with Mandarin-speaking ability preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking outlets. This role offers clear career progression and a supportive, energetic team environment.

• Coordinate daily operations with retail outlets

• Assist retail team during events or new store setup
