Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily shop-floor and administrative workflows. No prior experience is required—fresh graduates or entry-level candidates eager to learn production and warehouse operations are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will handle daily operational paperwork, data entry, labeling, and routine reports for supervisors.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• No prior working experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic literacy in MS Excel and MS Word is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational paperwork, data entry, and filing systems.
• Print and prepare routine labels, shipping labels, and product tags for outgoing orders.
• Process and carry out operation job issuances to support production schedules.
• Perform basic production buy-off and routine checks according to operational guidelines.
• Prepare basic operational and daily activity reports for supervisors.
• Assist in general shop-floor admin and operational support as assigned.
