Job summary

Alpha Pet Trading in Malacca is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to handle packing, shipping, and stock control. You will check goods received against purchase orders, prepare orders for delivery, and maintain warehouse records with care.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided. Working days are Monday to Friday, with Saturday on alternate weeks; immediately available candidates are preferred.

• Willingness to learn and adapt; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Packing and Shipping related work.
• Manage and inspect stock; conduct stock take.
• Check goods received and for distribution against PO/invoices.
• Maintain records of goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Prepare goods for delivery and update stock inventory.
• Handle other duties as assigned by the company.

Estimate dimension for shipment & attend to all inquiry purpose.

Packing and Shipping related work.

Responsible for stock take.

Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods, and rejects unsatisfactory items.

To manage and inspect all incoming and outgoing materials based on D/O and Packing List.

Retrieving and prepare goods for delivery.

Checking and updating of stock inventory in the warehouse.

Responsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Hardworking & responsibilities and teamwork.

Ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the organization.

Experience working in a Warehouse environment would be an advantage.

Responsible, discipline & able follow superior instruction

With or without working experience. Training will be provided.

Full-Time, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
