Job summary

CYL Food Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a capable store operations assistant to oversee overall store operations and understand all department staff functions. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall Outlet function.

You will assist to monitor readiness, coordinate with HQ, support sales and promotions, and ensure SOP adherence while providing excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• SPM is the minimum education requirement.
• Minimum 1 year related working experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and language skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Assist and oversee overall store operations and ensure readiness for business.
• Monitor company rules, regulations and SOP practices.
• Assist Supervisor/Operation Executive in government matters as needed.
• Coordinate with HQ backend to complete daily/weekly/monthly duties per schedule.
• Assist with stock takes and update outlet planograms.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints politely.
• Support Sales, Marketing and promotional activities and relay issues to the Ops team.
• Multitask to resolve and support all outlets as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist in monitor all outlet and store condition are ready for business at all time
• Monitor all company rules & regulations and SOP practice accordingly
• To assist Supervisor / Operation Executive in follow up government relevant matters as when needed
• To assist Operation Executive / Operation Manager coordinate and communicate with HQ backend to ensure daily, weekly or monthly routine duties complete as per schedule
• Assist Operation team to prepare stock take with make sure outlet planogram is updated and ensure outlet stock take accomplish as planning
• Assist to handle customer inquiries or complaints in a polite manner
• Assist and support all Sales, Marketing and promotional activities and feedback relevant issue to Operation Team
• Multitasking in assist to resolve and support all Outlet as when needed
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior

Working time :

7.00am-5pm / 8.00am-6.00pm (OFF TBA MANAGER)
