Job summary

CYL Food Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Assistant in Malaysia to help monitor outlet readiness, ensure SOP compliance, and support Supervisors in government matters when needed.

You will coordinate with HQ to ensure daily, weekly or monthly routines are completed as scheduled, assist stock takes and planograms, handle customer inquiries politely, and support Sales, Marketing and promotions while multitasking to assist outlets as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outlet readiness and enforce company rules and SOPs.
• Assist Supervisors and Operation Executives in government-related matters when needed.
• Coordinate with HQ backend to ensure daily/weekly/monthly duties are completed as scheduled.
• Assist in stock takes and update outlet planograms; ensure stock take is completed as planned.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints politely.
• Support Sales, Marketing and promotions; relay relevant issues to the Operations Team.
• Multitask to support all outlets as needed.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job description

To assist in monitor all outlet and store condition are ready for business at all time

Monitor all company rules & regulations and SOP practice accordingly

To assist Supervisor / Operation Executive in follow up government relevant matters as when needed

To assist Operation Executive / Operation Manager coordinate and communicate with HQ backend to ensure daily, weekly or monthly routine duties complete as per schedule

Assist Operation team to prepare stock take with make sure outlet planogram is updated and ensure outlet stock take accomplish as planning

Assist to handle customer inquiries or complaints in a polite manner

Assist and support all Sales, Marketing and promotional activities and feedback relevant issue to Operation Team

Multitasking in assist to resolve and support all Outlet as when needed

Any other tasks as assigned by the superior
