Job summary

CERIA HARI-HARI ENTERPRISE (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily operations across our nationwide store network, ensuring proper display, stock control and smooth workflow at Penang outlets.

You will coordinate with Outlet Supervisors, ensure SOP adherence, assist in opening/closing of outlets, renovations, and be involved in expansion projects while traveling as required and maintaining teamwork and discipline.

Qualifications

• Willing to work overtime and travel/outstation when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive and responsible attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Able to work independently with discipline.
• Retail/outlet operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall outlet activities and handling discipline issues.
• Monitor duties, display standards, stock and inventory control.
• Communicate and resolve operational issues with Outlet Supervisors.
• Conduct random outlet checks to ensure SOP compliance.
• Assist with opening/closing, setup, renovations and related matters.
• Support business development, outlet expansion and ad hoc projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

1. Assist in managing overall outlet activities and handling outlet discipline issues.

2. Monitor and assist outlet duties and responsibilities, ensuring proper goods display, documentation, stock and inventory control.

3. Communicate and resolve operational issues with Outlet Supervisors, and provide assistance to supervisors and outlet staff.

4. Conduct random outlet checks and ensure compliance with company SOP and standards.

5. Assist with new outlet opening, outlet closing, setup, renovation and related operational matters.

6. Assist the company in business development, outlet expansion and other ad hoc projects.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Willing to work overtime and travel/outstation when required.

2. Good teamwork and communication skills.

3. Good personality with a positive and responsible attitude.

4. Able to follow instructions and company procedures.

5. Able to work independently with good discipline and responsibility.

6. Previous experience in retail/outlet operations will be an added advantage.
